The most common building material utilized worldwide is concrete. Concrete with higher compressive strength becoming more and in demand as the trend toward using it widely for high rise buildings. Experimental study of glass fiber (GF) reinforced concrete incorporating micro silica was investigated this study. prepared by M40 mix. GF 12 mm length aspect ratio 857 used. Four volume fractions 0%, 0.4%, 0.8% 1.2% weight cement 5% are distributed randomly all directions. mixes were cast tested workability, strength, flexural water permeability test, drop Impact bond test residual at elevated temperature. Micro structural done SEM analysis. Workability decreased increase GF. Compressive show 12% increment whereas Flexure increases 35% compare to normal Different percentages fibres have lower penetration depths.
